Responsibilities

• Provide OT services within scope of practice per plan of care.
• Evaluate functional status and CMS-relevant data; consult physician on plan of care.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conduct patient assessments of function using standard tests.
