Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and evaluate functional status.
• Provide therapy in accordance with the plan defined by state laws.
• Consult with physician for therapy plan development.

Skills

Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice

Current CPR certification

Ability to function in any home situation

Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Education
