Job summary

Bethany Home Health in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-time Registered Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will provide diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans to restore patients’ functional independence in the community.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, coordinating with schools and hospitals, designing therapy programs, and maintaining accurate records. We value compassion, teamwork, and commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic evaluations and develops treatment plans to restore patients' functional independence.
• Supervises certified occupational therapy assistant, OT aide, and students in patient treatment.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Designs and administers therapy programs to increase patients' functioning and uses adaptive equipment for daily activities.
• Trains patients in the use of upper-extremity prosthetic devices to resume routines.
