Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy, helping patients perform daily activities safely and independently. You will assess home environments, adapt tasks and equipment to improve participation and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Occupational Therapy required.
• OT license in state required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current CPR, TB screen and Hepatitis documentation.
• Minimum 2 years OT in acute or rehab setting.

• Empower patients to live safely and productively at home.
• Help patients and families adapt environments and use equipment to improve daily participation.
• Assist with home modifications and equipment to enhance independence.
