Job summary

Home Recovery-HomeAid, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in Falls Church, VA. You will assess function, plan care with clinicians, and educate clients and families to improve ADLs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and supervisors, documenting progress, and supporting efficient, patient-centered care in home settings. Requires VA OT license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia OT license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development.
• One-year clinical experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients using age-appropriate norms and development.
• Formulate plans of care with client, supervisor, and physician approval.
• Provide education to client/caregiver to enhance self-care.
• Deliver OT services in home settings per physician orders.
• Document care and progress in a timely, compliant manner.
