Mederi Caretenders, part of LHC Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Home Health. You will assess and address functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, home assessments, and equipment needs as defined by medical conditions.

Annual target pay ranges from $84,442 to $126,664 and hourly pay from $40.60 to $60.90. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture under UnitedHealth Group's national network.

Competenze

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to public transportation.
• Ability to function in home environments regardless of client background.

Mansioni

• Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing Occupational Therapy, coordinating with the care plan.
• Evaluates patient's functional status and CMS documentation needs; consults with physician on plan of care.
• Observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment to nurses and physicians.
• Conducts patient assessments evaluating function using diagnostic/prognostic tests.
