PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Carrollton, TX. You will support patients on their recovery, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life at home.

You will assess conditions, design personalized treatment plans, implement strategies for daily living and motor skills, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
