PARS Therapy in Central Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will work with patients in their homes to restore independence and improve quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

This role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, education for patients and families, and hands-on interventions focused on daily living and mobility.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Central Austin, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions
