Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Springtown, TX. You will partner with patients to regain independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating individualized plans, and delivering hands-on interventions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Springtown, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions
