Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist in Galion, Ohio, to join a compassionate team delivering patient-centered home health care. You will work in a dynamic, team-based setting with a focus on treatment planning, charting, and patient progress across Fremont to Sandusky and surrounding areas.

The role requires an OT license, a BS/MS in OT, and at least one year of healthcare experience, with about 20% travel time.

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science orMaster'sdegree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
