Amedisys seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT services in Cookeville, TN. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement plans of care, and document progress under physician-approved protocols.

You will collaborate with care teams, supervise home health aides as needed, and ensure safe therapy delivery while complying with regulatory standards. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take NBCOT certification exam.

Responsabilidades

• Provide OT services under physician-approved plan of care.
• Address problems identified in assessment within the plan of care.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
