Job summary

Amador Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health OT services in Jackson, CA. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop individualized plans, and support independence and safety in daily activities.

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay of $56–$62 and mileage reimbursement of $0.67 per mile. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and enjoy flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities in Amador County.

Qualifications

• California OT license required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes in Jackson and Amador County

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled occupational therapy evaluations and follow-up interventions in patients' homes
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence
• Address mobility, dressing, bathing, and safety in daily activities
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and care team to coordinate care
