Job summary
Amador Home Health in Jackson, CA seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT evaluations and interventions, helping patients increase independence and perform daily activities. This full- or part-time role offers competitive hourly pay ($56–$62) plus mileage reimbursement, clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Current California OT license required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Current automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the service area.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, organization, and documentation.
- A patient-centered approach and dedication to independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in patients' homes.
- Help patients improve activities of daily living and independence.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set practical goals.
- Collaborate with the home health team to ensure coordinated care.
