Job summary

Elite Home Health Group INC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across Florida. The OT evaluates patients, develops plans of care, and coordinates with the care team to promote independence and safety in the home.

You will educate patients and families, supervise assistants when required, and ensure all documentation meets Medicare and agency standards. Travel within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state OT license in good standing required.
• Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations; develop care plans.
• Provide skilled OT interventions and supervise assistants as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home safety and self-care.
• Complete timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
