Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients in home care.
• Follow the plan of care defined by the supervising OT.
• Observe, record, and report patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Instruct patient, family, caregiver and health team in therapy areas.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments.
