As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing occupational therapy services in accordance with the plan of care. Provide initial and on-going assessment and evaluation of patient response to therapy. Accurately document evaluation and treatments provided. Attend trainings to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work. Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
