Job summary

Human Touch Home Health Care in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Manager, supervise field clinicians, and oversee field visits to ensure high-quality home health care. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong clinical judgment, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with 2–3 years in nursing, home health experience, and solid documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Previous home health experience required.
• Experience with patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Working knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and OASIS.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Manager with daily clinical operations.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to field clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with patient care coordination and clinical case reviews.
• Conduct field visits to support patient care and clinical oversight.
• Coordinate and resolve patient care concerns and escalations.
