Job summary

Human Touch Home Health Care is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) in Colorado Springs to lead clinical operations across field staff, ensure quality patient care, and drive regulatory compliance. The role combines office and field duties with hands-on mentoring of clinicians.

The successful candidate will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care coordination, and uphold Medicare/Colorado regulations, while traveling between patient homes and clinics to support operations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Home health experience required.
• Familiarity with Medicare home health regulations and OASIS.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Manager with daily clinical operations and oversight of field staff.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to field clinicians including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and others.
• Monitor clinical performance and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify performance concerns and implement corrective actions with the Clinical Manager.
• Coordinate patient care, conduct clinical reviews, and follow-up as needed.
• Serve as a clinical resource and resolve patient care escalations.
