Human Touch Home Care in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Manager in overseeing clinical operations for the home health agency. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
• 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Experience with OASIS and Medicare/home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Manager with daily clinical operations and oversight of field staff.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to field clinicians (RNs, LPNs, therapists, and others).
• Assist with monitoring clinical performance and regulatory compliance.
