Care IV Home Health in Arkansas seeks a full-time RN Float Home Health Nurse to provide skilled nursing and case management in patients' homes. You will travel between branch locations within Arkansas, delivering direct patient care and teaching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel anywhere within Care IV Home Health's Arkansas service area as assigned.

• Complete SOC, regular SOC, admissions and discharges.

The RN Float Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides skilled nursing and case management to Care IV Home Health's patients in the comfort of their homes. Our Float Nurse works full-time and floats, as needed, between our branch locations within the state of Arkansas. Branch locations include Little Rock, Fayetteville, Hot Springs, and Russellville AR. Required experience:

• We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
• Excellent clinical nursing skills with at least one year of Home Health experience
• Willingness & ability to work in any of our Care IV Home Health branch territory locations as assigned
