Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes in Michigan. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Responsibilities include trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, vitals monitoring, and clear communication with families and care teams. Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required).
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided).

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Client Details

Our client is a 25 year old male who is non-mobile, stays in a hospital bed in the living room, and requires ongoing trach, ventilator, and g-tube management. He was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy characterized by multiple types of seizures that typically begin in early childhood.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Clinical Care: Main responsibilities will include trach, ventilator, and g-tube management and he has a history of Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.

• Environment: Very clean, pet free home

Schedule & Availability

We are looking to fill the following 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shifts:

• Every day
