Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to deliver 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes across Michigan. You will provide skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with day, night, and weekend options. Weekly pay, paid training, and 24/7 clinical support accompany competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
