Job summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes in Holly, MI. You will deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Qualified applicants hold an RN or LPN license in Michigan, with private duty or home care experience preferred. Trach/vent experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required).
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - 1:1 Home Care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Client Profile & Clinical Needs:

• Location: Holly
• Age: 3 month old male
• Diagnosis and Care Required: Born with congenital birth defects requiring high-level care to manage floppy, easily obstructed airways and safe feeding via alternative methods. He will require trach management as well as oxygen management as needed.
• Nutrition: via G-tube

Family & Home Environment:

• Primary Caregivers: Mom and Dad
• Household: 3-year-old sibling and a 1 friendly dog.

Open Shifts Available:

• Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
