Job summary

Centria Healthcare is looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes, delivering tailored skilled care in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

You will care for pediatric and adult patients, managing complex needs and coordinating with families and care teams to ensure safety, dignity, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay
