Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead educational interventions and nursing practice instruction within our Home Health setting. The role oversees onboarding, acts as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, and guides clinical issues, protocol, and compliance under the direction of the Executive Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Nursing in the state of Florida is required, MSN preferred.
• Clinical nursing education/practice as an RN within a Home Health setting.
• Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the educational component for nursing and clinical staff.
• Monitors onboarding progress for each new clinician.
• Acts as liaison between clients, nursing staff, and Brooks Rehabilitation.
• Provides guidance on clinical issues, protocol and compliance.
• Creates and implements annual education plan.
