Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Southern Triangle is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care across ages and conditions in North Carolina and surrounding areas. The role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care with a multidisciplinary team, while adhering to agency policies and promoting excellent service.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN license in NC or SC, a Diploma/AD/BSN, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience with preference

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NC/SC. CPR certification required.
• One year RN experience and total of 2+ years clinical experience. Home health preferred.
• Less than 1 year RN experience requires 1 year of clinical experience as LPN.

Responsibilities
