Ideal candidates hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and have at least one year of home health MSW experience, plus a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
• One year of experience in Home Health Care MSW preferred
