Job summary

Ascension At Home, in partnership with Compassus, seeks a Home Health Area Market Executive to drive growth across markets. This leadership role partners with program leaders, develops Books of Business, and guides growth staff from recruitment through training while aligning with Compassus values.

You will monitor growth metrics, define monthly and annual objectives, collaborate with clinical directors, and help start new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or related degree desirable.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing growth teams.
• At least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of experience selling services within the healthcare field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Devotes the necessary training time to ensure growth team member’s peak performance.
• Creates and manages a 'Book of Business' for each Home Health Care Consultant.
• Defines and manages the monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff.
• Closely monitors growth metrics, including contacts, closing, conversions and payor mix; communicates progress toward goals.
• Serves as a growth resource to all team members, both growth and clinical, in support of the Growth goal.
• Assists program leadership in planning and presenting educational, informational, and marketing programs to area professional groups.
