Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN LVN to provide in-home nursing visits across Humble, TX and surrounding areas. You will assess, treat, and educate patients in their homes, following the care plan and documenting findings accurately.

The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and meaningful, patient-focused work in a busy home health setting. Prior home health experience and a valid TX LVN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
