Job summary

AccentCare in Katy, TX is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for a full-time, in-office role. You will support clinical operations, manage KPIs, and coordinate with field staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate is an LVN/LPN with active licensure, CPR certification, and EMR experience. A valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle is required to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
• Must have a licensed driver with insured vehicle and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of KPIs, field staff support, verbal orders and workflow.
• Stand up/stand down and case conference reporting to ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage patient episodes at risk for LUPA status and coordinate with clinicians and schedulers.
