Job summary
AccentCare is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist in Texas to provide in-office support in Lubbock or Odessa. The role requires LVN/LPN licensure in Texas, CPR certification, and experience with EMR systems.
The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary between $62,000 and $68,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have home care experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage patient care tasks, KPIs, and field operations in a collaborative home health
Qualifications
- LVN/LPN with current Texas licensure.
- CPR certification required.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of KPIs and field staff support.
- Handle verbal orders and patient care workflow.
- Report on patient episodes at risk for LUPA and coordinate with clinicians.
- Manage case management model focusing on paraprofessional utilization.
- Maintain clinician productivity within KPI standards.
- Monitor SLA for sync time and face-to-face encounters.
