Job summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced LPN for a Home Health contract in Peoria, AZ. This 13-week assignment provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Phoenix West Valley service area.

Responsibilities include wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy and NG tube care, patient education, and comprehensive documentation. Travel between visits within the coverage area is required.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona LPN license.
• Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned service area.
• Complete scheduled patient visits and provide care based on individual patient needs and care plans.
• Provide wound care, compression wraps, and wound VAC management.
• Perform catheter changes and provide catheter care.
• Provide tracheostomy care.
• Provide NG tube and nephrostomy tube care.
• Perform urinalysis (UA) as needed.
• Provide disease education and patient/family education.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area.

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health contract in Peoria, AZ . This is a 13-week assignment providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Phoenix West Valley service area.

Job Details

• Coverage Area: Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Litchfield, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Tolleson, Buckeye, Youngtown, Sun City, Sun City West, and Anthem
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $34 to $36/hr, Mileage reimbursed between patient visits

Pay Details:

$34.00 to $36.00 per hour
