Pride Health is hiring a LPN/LVN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Peoria, AZ. Location: Peoria, AZ. Coverage areas include Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Surprise, Tolleson, Buckeye and Sun City.

Duties include providing subsequent visits for home health patients, wound care, catheter changes, compression wraps, trach care, wound vac management, and medication management and education. Requirements: 1+ year of experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in LPN/LVN home health settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subsequent visits for home health patients.
• Provide wound care, catheter changes, compression wraps, trach care, wound vac management, medication management and education.
• Provide disease education, UA, NG tube care, nephrostomy tube care, and trach care.
