BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty nursing in the Phoenix area. This role covers pediatric and geriatric clients in their homes, delivering high-quality, reliable private duty care with a focus on compassionate, one-on-one service.

Ideal candidates have an AZ LPN license, at least a year of LPN experience, and a willingness to travel to client homes. Full-time benefits include medical coverage, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Arizona LPN license in good standing.
• One year of experience as an LPN is preferred.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Travel to each client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on private duty nursing with one client per day.

Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Overnight Shiftsof 8-12 hours available
• Starting pay: $28-30 per hour (client-specific)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
