Job summary

Beacon Home Health in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our field team serving patients at home. You will provide skilled nursing care within the plan of care, educate families, and monitor patient progress while coordinating with physicians and RNs.
