The LPN will join Tennessee Home Health's Cleveland team to deliver in-home nursing care to patients in the local area under the plan of care, coordinating with the health care team and educating families.

Requirements include one year of LPN experience, current TN LPN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to multiple patient residences daily. This is a full-time, on-the-road position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Do not alter the plan of care without authorization.
