Qualifications

• NLN-accredited LPN program with active NJ license.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience; homecare/hospice a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
• Demonstrated heart for care and helping others thrive.

Responsibilities

• Bringing care plans to life under RN guidance.
• Teaching and supporting preventative and recovery care.
• Ensuring services meet high quality and compassion standards.
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other professionals.
• Maintaining patient safety, documentation, and infection control.
• Supporting patient independence and dignity on visits.
