Job summary

MedStar Health Home Care is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled home health services in the Southern Prince George's County area. You will support care plans and work with a team to promote patient progress toward health and independence, with one weekend requirement per month.

You will work under RN supervision to deliver patient-centered care across a spectrum of needs, from routine to complex cases, in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of Practical Nursing required.
• 1-2 years recent clinical experience in an acute care setting required.
• Home care / Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate home health care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
