UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality home health care across Luzerne County, PA. You will perform skilled nursing tasks in patients' homes within the planned care framework and coordinate with the health team.

This role offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) with a pay structure that includes per-visit pay and hourly pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will need current LPN licensure and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patient needs.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Previous home care experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team. May not alter the plan of care
• Instructs the clients' family in the care of the client and maintenance of a healthy environment for the client
• Observes, records, and reports to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the client's condition daily
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
