Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home health, hospice, or acute care preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening and all compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision and established care plans.
• Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope and agency policy, including med administration and wound care.
• Complete timely documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with Medicare/state requirements.
