Job summary

Pentec Health is hiring a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse in the Minneapolis, MN area. You will manage patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, and education in patients' homes, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5:30pm and potential travel up to 200 miles within the region.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 3 years of clinical nursing experience, valid license, and ability to obtain licensure in another state. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and ability to obtain licensure in another state.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• BSN degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and care planning for home patients.
• Administer medications, manage pump refills and dose adjustments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with providers and maintain compliant patient records.
