Stonerise Hospice is hiring a Home Health Hospice Aide to provide in-home care in the St. Clairsville area. The role involves assisting patients with personal care, meals, Mobility, and daily living activities, while documenting observations and reporting changes to the RN.

Responsibilities include measuring vitals, aiding in ambulation, and supporting self-administration of medications per the plan of care. Travel and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Provides personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Observes and reports changes in condition and documents care performed.
• Measures vitals and monitors patient status as part of routine care.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Must have a valid STNA license in Ohio and be 18 years or older.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
