Responsibilities include directing operations, ensuring safe and compliant practices, and coordinating staff development while driving patient satisfaction and service excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field required.
• Five years' experience in a home health, hospice or relevant healthcare setting required.
• Licensure for state of practice is required.
• Current valid driver’s license and ability to meet Sanford Health Category II driver guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of a home health or hospice agency, meeting goals and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance and a culture of safety.
• Coordinate data collection and ensure reports are completed and sent to the governing body.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and HIPAA compliance.
