Job summary

Home-Care-Providers-of-Texas-Inc. seeks a Del Rio and Eagle Pass Sales Representative to develop targeted marketing campaigns, attract new clients, and improve retention for home health services.

You will build relationships with contracted vendors and providers to ensure high-quality care through regular patient interactions. Qualifications

• Experience in Home Health setting or industry preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to persuade referral sources by presenting benefits of services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and families to discuss Home Health services.
• Act as liaison between referral sources, patients and families, and the office.
• Submit required documents for credentialing to enter facilities.
• Devise and execute marketing campaigns to increase client base and referrals.
• Plan and manage marketing programs and events to promote services.
• Attend mandatory company meetings and represent the organization.
• Manage the individual marketing budget.
• Coordinate with Intake to verify referrals and admissions.
• Monitor health industry trends and competitive opportunities.
