Providence at Home with Compassus seeks an Executive Director to lead our home health program with a focus on compassionate care and operational excellence. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, drive growth strategies, and ensure compliance with licensure and policy requirements.

This role partners with Clinical Services and Strategic Development to deliver high-quality outcomes for patients and the community.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least two years in healthcare and five years of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise staff, coach and educate team members.
• Fill in for any program position as needed.
• Review profit and loss statements and manage budgetary controls.
• Identify revenue opportunities and expense reductions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services and Strategic Development on growth strategies.
• Serve as a community care consultant with Strategic Development.
• Maintain a positive community image.
• Create and review yearly strategic plans for the program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for home health programs in the geographical area.
• Ensure high patient and team member satisfaction.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, hiring, discipline, and discharges for policy compliance.
• Foster a climate where staff feel valued and engaged; promote productivity and quality.
• Maintain policies and licensures per company, state and federal requirements.
• Review daily operating reports and run morning standups.
• Complete month-end reporting and program scorecards.
• Make or delegate post-admissions calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
