Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Executive Director to lead operations across a geographic area, ensuring Compassus values guide decisions and patient care remains at the forefront. You will supervise staff, partner with clinical and strategic teams, and maintain strong community relations.

The role includes budget oversight, growth planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related Human Services field preferred.
• At least two years of healthcare industry experience.
• Total of five years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands on leader who supervises, and provides coaching and education for staff.
• Fills in for any position in the program as needed.
• Reviews profit and loss statements, anticipates risks to the business line, and meets and exceeds budgetary control.
• Explores resources of revenue improvement and expense reduction.
• Works with the Director of Clinical Services and Strategic Development for growth strategies.
• Maintains a positive image in the community.
