In this full-time role, you will coordinate projects, oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and implement administrative practices that align with agency policies and drive sustainable growth. RN licensure and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.
• 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Current CPR certification preferred or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support company objectives.
• Oversee eligibility of patients referred to home care services.
• Plan services to be provided to patients and supervise their total home health care.
• Implement and maintain administrative practices and agency policies.
• Enhance the profitability of the agency and motivate qualified staff.

Education

Registered Nurse licensure

1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare

Current driver's license and vehicle insurance

Current CPR certification preferred
