Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a field-based coordinator to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients receive the necessary home healthcare equipment. This role may require on-site visits and travel to support branch operations across the service area.

The position offers an hourly wage range of $20–$25 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, education, and location. Join us to support patients with essential home healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be geographically located within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account or accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages follow-up functions with the account post set-up.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
