• Excellent selling, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to referrals from community, physicians, patients and families.
• Record and process referral information in patient information database.
• Schedule registration and admission visits, prepare required paperwork for admission.
• Act as liaison between patients, families, referral sources, physicians and admission staff.
• Assist in distribution of admission information and report to primary teams and physicians.
