Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Libertyville, IL seeks a Home Health Director (RN) to lead clinical teams and maintain high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

The candidate must hold an Illinois RN license (BSN preferred), with at least 1 year in home health and supervisory experience, and strong regulatory knowledge. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 plus benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in home health.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience.
• CPR certification.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards.
• Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Home Health clinical and caregiver services, ensuring high-quality patient/client care.
• Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides and social workers to meet patient goals.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers.
• Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff trained on care procedures.
• Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction.
• Effectively manage financial resources related to patient/client care.
